ENVRIO® KN1216 Polyurethane Adhesive is a one-part adhesive specially formulated for use in door manufacturing.
It is solvent free, fast curing, and has excellent adhesion of porous-to-porous, or porous-to-non-porous substrates. It is highly compatible with porous-to-porous or porous-to-non-porous substrates. So long as at least one surface contains moisture (eg. timber), KN1216 cures quickly, requiring just one hour to cure.
Being a one-part adhesive, it is easy to use. Combined with its fast curing time, KN1216 promises to increase the efficiency of your door manufacturing processes.
ENVRIO® KN1216 is available in 5kg and 20kg containers, as well as 250kg drums.

TIPS FOR USE:
- Increased temperature and humidity, and reduced application thickness will reduce cure times.
- The recommended maximum application thickness 1.5 mm.
- Do not remove the substrate before adhesive is cured.
