SEALz® Firefoam is a single-component polyurethane foam. On its own, the foam hardens through air humidity and turns into a thermally and acoustically insulating mass.

SEALz® Firefoam is ideal for use in conjunction with SEALz® Fire and Acoustic Mastic. Spray SEALz® Firefoam to insulate against the intense heat of a fire, then apply a layer of SEALz® Fire and Acoustic Mastic to prevent the foam from being directly exposed to direct flame. Together, the two provide the ideal solution for sealing passive fire protection systems.

The foam adheres well with most construction materials such as wood, concrete, porous concrete, brick, metal and aluminium, but not to polyethylene, silicone and PTFE.
