SEALZ has developed a unique intumescent formulation ideally suited to the applications of sealing the air-gap between the door leaves and frames as well as double door leaves of fire resisting door.

SEALZ fire sea produces a voluminous intumescent foam in the event of a fire, thereby exerting a high enough pressure to restrain the edges adjacent to the seal.

SEALZ fire seal is formulated from a unique chemical formulation based on expandable graphite. The product is supplied in a PVC casing of various colors. Wood grain pattern are available upon request. The product has a available width of 10mm up to a maximum of 38mm and lengths of 2.1m with a thickness of 4mm. The product has a self adhesive fixing method.
